Payment terms

To confirm the reservation, a deposit of at least 50% of the total amount must be paid. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival. Please keep in mind that it takes a few days for the payment to reach our account and you should take bank fees into account!

Cancellation policy

Non-refundable terms

Reservation terms:
Your room is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out is at 12:00 PM on the day of departure. Please note that we require a valid ID and a security deposit upon check-in.

Cancellation policy:
This reservation is non-refundable. This means that once confirmed, the reservation cannot be changed or canceled free of charge. In case of cancellation or no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged.

Payment terms:
To confirm the reservation, the full amount must be paid immediately.

Low season cancellation policy

Standard terms

Reservation terms:
Your room is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out is at 12:00 PM on the day of departure. Please note that we require a valid ID and a security deposit upon check-in.

The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within 7 days or a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged.

Security deposit

Upon arrival, a security deposit of $100 will be placed as a pre-authorization on your credit card. This amount will be released after departure, provided the bungalow is left in good condition. In the event of extra cleaning or damage, (part of) the deposit may be withheld.
