RESORT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Job Description
As a Resort Operations Supervisor at Bon Bini Seaside Resort, you ensure smooth daily operations. You lead and motivate a team of operational staff, including Front Office and Housekeeping, to maintain efficiency and deliver exceptional service. Together with the General Manager, you develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with the company’s goals.
Responsibilities
-Guide, train, and supervise operational staff.
-Oversee guest arrival and departure processes.
-Engage with guests and gather feedback.
-Maintain consistent cleanliness standards.
-Manage operational expenses within the budget.
-Create staff schedules and monitor productivity.
-Handle administrative tasks, including reporting and policy compliance.
-Ensure accurate financial reporting and payroll processing.
-Support HR tasks such as onboarding and fostering a positive work culture.

Requirements
-MBO degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
-At least five years of experience in a similar position.
-Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays).
-Enthusiastic, friendly, and guest-focused personality.
-Experience with PMS systems, preferably Opera.
-Proficiency in Dutch, English, Spanish, and Papiamento.
